The idea

Everything your family loves, in one ring.

The club is a single two-story ring. Members move around it from the gym to the pool to the courts to dinner, without ever getting back in the car.

  • The club on the ring. Training floors, court halls, pools, spa, restaurant and kids' spaces, all members only.
  • The park in the middle. The Commons is a free public park with a playground, splash pad, walking track and great lawn.
  • A glass sky bridge across it. Drop the kids at childcare, walk across the courtyard and be at the day spa in about two minutes.

Cooled outdoors

Built for a Louisiana summer. Ground-cooled air flows from outlets at the pool deck, the padel courts, the tennis courts, the sports bar patio and the restaurant patio, so time outside stays comfortable even in August.

A look inside

Designed to make you want to stay.

All images are concept renderings. Final design may change.

The sky bridge

Drop off. Walk across. Unwind.

A glass, air-conditioned bridge crosses the courtyard from childcare to the day spa, with the Sky Hub coffee lounge in the middle. It is the shortest route from "kids checked in" to "massage table" in Baton Rouge.

Childcare safety

Peace of mind, built in.

We take childcare, safety and kids' fun seriously. Childcare is for ages 8 and under while a parent is in the club, with separate playrooms for toddlers and for ages 4 to 8 and a window onto the courtyard. Every layer of security is designed so only the right adults get in, and only the right adults leave with your child.

01

Photo-confirmed pickup

Parents choose who is authorized to pick up each child. At pickup, staff confirm the adult against the photo on file before any child is released.

02

Face-recognition room access

The childcare room is access-controlled by face recognition. The door opens only for childcare staff and authorized adults.

03

Secured check-in and check-out

Every child is checked in and out at the childcare desk, with a two-hour visit limit.

04

Its own secured entrance

Families reach childcare by a secured stair and elevator from the Youth Zone, separate from the rest of Level 2.

The Commons

A free public park, right in the middle.

No membership needed

The Commons fills the courtyard inside the ring. It is open to everyone in St. George, members or not, and will be built and run by a separate nonprofit foundation, with the City's support.

  • Inclusive adventure playground
  • Toddler play area
  • Splash pad
  • Walking and running track
  • Shaded trail
  • Great lawn and amphitheater
  • Food truck plaza
